I’m the founder of Posh Operations. I am a type A recovering perfectionist (well attempting to recover, this is a hard one for me)! I love being outside, playing with my kids. Girls trips are always on my calendar. Camping, bike rides and hikes are my go to for pausing and being present.

I worked corporate, away from my kiddos. I jumped into the online world and was able to allow my husband to be a stay-at-home dad for 3 years during an out of state move! I have grown my own business to over 6 figures I'm here to show you how!
